Excellent service

Used this company for years now and still use. Any problems I have had have been resolved fairly and speedily. However, the two points I do not like is that I have never got the Andriod app to work and the inability to book on the same day.

I called Rentalcargroup after 2 hours waiting, your colleague told me that I could rent a car in another agency and send the invoice and I would be paid the difference. This would be a good solution, except that all the car rental agencies were saturated, and had no other car or other options.

Condición of the car

The. Toyota. I. Rentes from Fox, has their forward wheels ubalanced, producing vibrations in the steering wheel, And I had to returned to the agency making me loosing time. I thing most of the cars at Fox are rather too much used , with lack of mechanichal care.
